For nearly fifteen years I hosted jonerichall.com on Tumblr. It was simple, mildly customizable, and required little thought on my part. As happened with Flickr though, once Yahoo bought it, things tumbled (so to speak) down a rocky, declining path — their $1.1b purchase ending in a $3m fire sale. Poor Tumblr.

You can still find my old site at tumblr.com/jonericall, but I’ll no longer be posting content there. I’ll be building out and experimenting here with a new site design, migrating much of my Tumblr content, and hopefully getting back to a more regular rhythm of posting about what I’m reading. 

I’d ask you to stay tuned but seriously, you’re too busy for that. If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter (yet another dying breed), I’ll post links there to new content.
